Trained in Infectious Diseases at the Medical University of South Carolina and Internal Medicine at Wayne State University, Dr. Thomas brings over 15 years of expertise to every patient she serves. Along treating complex infections, she holds certifications in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, and has led as Medical Director of a large virology clinic.

Her mission is clear: uncover the root cause of illness, restore health at its core, and walk every patient through their journey to wellness with the compassion and the precision of a seasoned expert.

Sharon D. Weems MSN, APRN

Sharon earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, building on more than two decades of frontline experience as a registered nurse. With over 20 years dedicated to caring for patients, she brings both deep clinical expertise and a rare gift for human connection. Patients trust her not only for her knowledge, but for the warmth, encouragement, and unwavering support she brings to every encounter, whether guiding them through acute challenges or managing chronic conditions. Jessica D. Tabuga MSN, APRN, NP-C

Jessica is a powerhouse in patient care; a Family Nurse Practitioner whose 15+ years as a Registered Nurse have shaped her into a sharp, compassionate, and highly skilled provider. A proud graduate of South University in Savannah, GA, she blends clinical precision with genuine empathy, making every patient feel heard and cared for. From listening and assessing to diagnosing and creating evidence-based treatment plans, Jessica delivers care that is both strategic and deeply human. Mildred Medina, MA

Millie, as she is affectionately called, is a proud graduate of Everest University, and has been by Dr. Thomas’s side since the very beginning of the clinic in 2013. Trained in IV infusions and armed with over a decade of hands-on experience, she’s known for her professionalism, warmth, and sharp problem-solving skills. Millie is the kind of multi-tasker who keeps everything running seamlessly. Patients trust her not only for her expertise but for the genuine kindness and dedication she brings to every visit, ensuring each experience is as smooth, comfortable, and effective as possible.

Some are passed from person to person, some are transmitted by insects or animals and others are acquired by ingesting contaminated food or water or exposure in the environment.
